If you would like to return an item you purchased with Klarna, you can pause your payment through the report return function. Go to My account, Payments Iranlivs x Klarna to report your return.
Please note, if your Klarna order arrived in more than one parcel we recommend you to return the whole order in one parcel, including all return notes. This will be both easier for you and better for our environment.
As soon as your return is processed, you’ll receive an updated statement from Klarna. Klarna will then take the remaining payments from your card, according to schedule.
If you’ve already paid for the returned items, Klarna will refund you on the card used for your purchase.
